Abstract Introduction Morgagni hernias are an uncommon form of diaphragmatic hernia, it is rare for them to be diagnosed in adulthood and they often asymptomatic this population. Case Report We report a case 26-year-old female who used cocaine on weekly basis presented the emergency department with acutely obstructed right-sided Morgagni’s hernia. She underwent laparotomy which demonstrated transverse colon ischaemic associated omentum inside The hernia was reduced, excised 4x4cm defect closed 2-0 ethibond without mesh. Conclusions Following review literature, medical risks use well documented, however focus from pharmacological perspective. Further thought should given effects inhalant how may exacerbate herniation drastic changes intrathoracic pressure during inhalation substance, new possible risk that not previously mentioned literature warrants further investigation.
